Said tract being in <br />the W. M. Jones Survey, Abstract No. 482, Harris County, Texas <br />and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as <br />follows, to wit: <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the west line of <br />the W. M. Jones Survey and the south line of the Spencer <br />Highway 100 foot wide right of way; said Place of Beginning <br />also:. being in the east line of the Fabricus Reynolds Survey, <br />Abstract No. 643 at the northwest corner of the San Jacinto <br />College 141 acre tract; <br />THENCE, easterly along the south line of the Spencer High- <br />way 100 foot wide right of way and the north line of the <br />San Jacinto College 141 acre tract to the northeast corner <br />of the San Jacinto College 141 acre tract; said point <br />being coincident with the northwest corner of the College <br />View Municipal Utility District; as per Article 8280-381 <br />of Vernon's Civil Statutes of Texas. <br />THENCE, southerly along the west line of the College View <br />Municipal Utility District and the east line of the San <br />Jacinto College 141 acre tract to its intersection with <br />the north line•of Fairmont Parkway 250 foot right-of-way, <br />same being the southeast corner of the said San Jacinto <br />College 141 acre tract and the southwest corner of the <br />College View Municipal Utility District; <br />THENCE, west along the north line of Fairmont Parkway 250 <br />foot wide right of way to its intersection with the west <br />line of the W. M. Jones Survey, Abstract No. 482, for a <br />point for corner; <br />THENCE, north along the common line between the W. M.
