_~ <br /> <br />Ordinance No. <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />TRACT TWO <br />A tract of land containing 16.5 acres of land, more or less, <br />out of the George B. McKinstry Survey, Abstract No. 47, Harris <br />County, Texas, and being more fully described by metes and bounds <br />as follows, to wit: <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the east line of <br />the Red Bluff Road 300 foot wide right of way and the north- <br />west line of the 200 foot wide right of way of Willow Spring <br />Gully, Harris County Flood Control District Ditch designated <br />No. B112-00-00, said point being on a city limits line of <br />Pasadena, Texas; <br />THENCE, in a northwesterly direction along the easterly <br />line of Red Bluff Road 300 foot wide right of way to its <br />intersection with the Corporate Limits of the City of Pasa- <br />dena, being the south line of a 200 foot wide strip annexed <br />by the City of Pasadena. Said line also being 200 feet <br />south of and parallel to the north line of the George B. <br />McKinstry Survey; <br />THENCE, easterly along the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Pasadena and the south line of the 200 foot wide strip an- <br />nexed by the City of Pasadena 200 feet south of the north <br />line of the George B. McKinstry Survey to a point of in- <br />tersection with the northwesterly line of the 200 foot <br />wide right of way of Willow Spring Gully, HCFC District <br />Ditch No. B112-00-00; <br />THENCE, in a southwesterly direction along the northwesterly <br />line of Willow Spring Gully 200 foot wide right of way to <br />THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br />TRACT THREE <br />BEGINNING at a point in the south right of way line of <br />Fairmont Parkway (250 feet wide), said point being the <br />intersection of the south right of way line of Fairmont <br />Parkway (250 feet wide) and the common line between the <br />Fabricus Reynolds Survey, A-643, and the W. M. Jones Sur- <br />vey, A-482, said point being on a city limits line of Pasa- <br />dena, Texas; <br />THENCE, easterly along the south right of way line of <br />Fairmont Parkway (250 feet wide) to its intersection with <br />the west line of a 200 foot wide Harris County Flood Con- <br />trol District right of way for Willow Spring Gully which <br />is designated as Ditch No. B112-00-00; <br />THENCE, southwesterly, coincident with the meanders of the <br />west right of way line of the 200 foot wide right of way <br />of Willow Spring Gully, HCFC District Ditch B112-00-00, to <br />its intersection with the north Corporate Limit of the <br />City of Pasadena, same being the north line of a 200 foot <br />wide strip annexed by the City of Pasadena and also being <br />the south line of the W. M. Jones Survey and the north <br />line of the George B. McKinstry Survey, Abstract No. 47; <br />THENCE, west along the north line of the Corporate Limits <br />of the City of Pasadena and the north line of the George <br />B. McKinstry Survey to a point of intersection with the <br />east line of the Red Bluff Road 300 foot wide right of <br />way; <br />
