A sub- <br /> <br />division is further defined to be a development. <br /> <br />2.63 <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION, MAJOR: Any subdivision not classified as a <br /> <br />minor subdivision. <br /> <br />2.64 <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION, MINOR: A subdivision involving less than ten <br /> <br />(10) acres of land, ~hich has no common area or reserves, <br /> <br />has no adjacent stub street right of ways, and requires no <br /> <br />change to the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />2.65 <br /> <br />SUBMITTAL DATE: The date,and time specified in this Or- <br /> <br />dinance when plans, plats, related materials and fees must <br /> <br />be received by the City prior to the next regular meeting <br /> <br />of the commission in order to be considered at such meeting. <br /> <br />The "submittal date" is not to be considered as the "filing <br /> <br />date" as herein def ined. <br /> <br />2.66 TITLE CERTIFICATE (ABSTRACTOR'S CERTIFICATE, PLANNING LETTER): <br /> <br />A certificate prepared and executed by a title company <br />
