The Director shall also advise the applicant, where appropria te" to discuss the proposed development or subdivision with those officials who must eventually approve these aspects of the Subdivision Plat or Development Site Plan coming within their jurisdict'ion. A. SKETCH PLANS: REQUIREMENTS AND CONTENTS (SEE APPENDIX B) For Major Subdivfsions or Developments, the developer may prepare several different schematic land plans for the same property during the Sketch Plan stage. Complete instructions'for preparing Sketch Plans for all Develop- ments or Subdivisions are contained in Appendix B. B. SKETCH PLANS: SUBMISSION The City encourages the subdivider or developer to sub- mi tone (1) copy of each Sk etch Plan and one (1) copy of the completed development checklist (available at the Department) to the Director at least two (2) weeks
