SKETCH PLANS: REQUIREMENTS AND CONTENTS <br />(SEE APPENDIX B) <br /> <br />For Major Subdivfsions or Developments, the developer <br /> <br />may prepare several different schematic land plans for <br /> <br />the same property during the Sketch Plan stage. Complete <br /> <br />instructions'for preparing Sketch Plans for all Develop- <br /> <br />ments or Subdivisions are contained in Appendix B. <br /> <br />B. SKETCH PLANS: SUBMISSION <br /> <br />The City encourages the subdivider or developer to sub- <br /> <br />mi tone (1) copy of each Sk etch Plan and one (1) copy <br /> <br />of the completed development checklist (available at <br /> <br />the Department) to the Director at least two (2) weeks <br />
