<br />SHALL CONTINUe CONSTITUTING A SEPARATE VIOLATION; PROVIDING AN
<br />EFFECTIVE DATE HeR~OFJ AND FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE:
<br />

<br />
<br />Section 1. The Development Ordinance of the City of La Porte,
<br />
<br />
<br />together ....ith the 'Appendices and Enclosures thereto, which are
<br />
<br />attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit "An, and are fully in-
<br />
<br />I
<br />
<br />corporated by reference herein, is hereby adopted.
<br />
<br />Section 2. If any section, sentence, phrase, clause, or
<br />
<br />I
<br />
<br />any pa~t of any section, sentence, phrase, or clause, of this
<br />
<br />ordinance shall, for any reason, be held invalid, such invalidity
<br />
<br />
<br />shall not affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance, and
<br />
<br />I
<br />
<br />it is hereby declared to be the intention of this City Council
<br />
<br />I
<br />
<br />to have passed each section, sentence, phrase or clause, or
<br />part thereof, irrespective of the fact that any other section,
<br />
<br />sentence, phrase or clause, or part thereof, may be declared
<br />
<br />I
<br />
<br />invalid.
<br />
<br />Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />
<br />herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of conflict only.
<br />
<br />I
<br />
<br />Specifically, Ordinance No. 70S, together with Amendments to
<br />
<br />Ordinance No. 70S A through K, inclusive~ of said Ordinance
<br />
<br />
<br />is expressly repealed.
