A residential unit and related out- <br />buildings located solely for one or more of the purposes <br />described in the preced ing sentence shall be deemed an <br />agricul tural use. <br />ALLEY: A public right-of-way which is used for utility <br />installation or for secondary access to indiv idual pro- <br />perties which have their primary access from an adjacent <br />public street or an approved common or compensating open <br />space or court yard which has direct access to a publ ic <br />street. <br />APPROVING AUTHORITY: The City official or commission <br />having authority to sign plats or plans signifying City <br />approval of said plats or plans. For Minor Developments, <br />the Approving Authority is the Director. For all other <br />developments or subdivisions, the Approving Authority <br />is the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />ARTICLE 970a: A general law of the State of Texas found <br />
