The terms <br /> <br /> <br />compensating open space, common open space, common property <br /> <br />and common area may be used interchangeably and may be <br /> <br /> <br />considered as similar. <br /> <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: A long-range plan, adopted by the <br /> <br /> <br />Council, which is intended to guide the development of <br /> <br /> <br />the City that includes analysis, recommendations and <br /> <br /> <br />proposals for the community's population, economy, hous- <br /> <br /> <br />ing, transportation, community facilities and infrastruc- <br /> <br /> <br />ture. <br /> <br />COUNTY: Harris County, Texas <br /> <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT: The Community Development Department of the <br /> <br /> <br />City of La Porte. <br />
