This plan, when approved by the Com- <br />mission, constitutes a guide which the Commission should <br />refer to in the subsequent review of Subdivision Plats <br />or Development Site Plans that cover portions of the <br />land contained within the General Plan and adjacent <br />property. <br />HARRIS COUNTY ROAD LAW: A special law of the State of <br />Texas found in Acts 1913, Special Laws, Chapter 17, as <br />may be from time to time amended. <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS: That land within the extraterritorial <br />jurisdiction of the City of La Porte, and either: <br />a. Being designated as the "Bay Port Industrial District <br />of La Porte", in Ordinance 842, passed by the City <br />Council of the City of La Porte. <br />LOT: An undivided tract or parcel of land contained with- <br />in a block or designated on a Subdivision Plat by numerical <br />identif ication. <br />MOBILE HOME PARK: An unsubdivided development divided in- <br />to mobile home sites for rent and for the installation <br />of mobile homes thereon. <br />MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION: A subdivision divided into mobile <br />
