This plan, when approved by the Com- <br />mission, constitutes a guide which the Commission should <br />refer to in the subsequent review of Subdivision Plats <br />or Development Site Plans that cover portions of the <br />land contained within the General Plan and adjacent <br />property. <br />HARRIS COUNTY ROAD LAW: A special law of the State of <br />Texas found in Acts 1913, Special Laws, Chapter 17, as <br />may be from time to time amended. <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS: That land within the extraterritorial <br />jurisdiction of the City of La Porte, and either: <br />a.
