All Final Subdivision Plats must be recorded <br />in the County map records. <br /> <br />PRELIMINARY PLATS <br /> <br />Preliminary Plats are required for all Major Subdivisions, <br />and shall be consistent with the approved General Plan, if <br />appl icabl e. <br /> <br />A. PRELIMINARY PLATS: REQUIREMENTS AND SUBMISSION <br />SEE APPENDIX D <br /> <br />Five (5) copies of the Preliminary Plat, certified by the <br />developer and planning consultant, and one (1) copy of <br />all required documentation shall be submitted to the Depart- <br />ment for review at least two (2) weeks before the date at <br />which Commission review is requested. Preliminary Plats <br />shall be drawn accurately to scale with exact dimensions <br />for street centerlines and approximate dimensions for other <br />lines. Complete instructions for preparing Preliminary <br />Plats and required accompanying documentation are contained <br />in Appendix D. <br />
