C. area. For add it ional discuss ion on N. C. <br />zoning and Commercial land use, please refer to the Area II section of <br />this report. <br /> <br />AREA IV <br />(See Exhibit E) <br /> <br />There are two single family subdivisions, a townhome complex, one <br />small office building and a tract of primarily undeveloped acreage <br />located within Area IV. This area is located south of the City of <br />Shoreacres and is completely seperated from the rest of the former <br />BayMUD area. <br /> <br />Street & Thoroughfa~ <br />The western section of Area IV is acessed from South Broadway <br />(secondary arterial) which dead ends at the Port of Houston's Bayport <br />Turning Basin. The eastern section of this area can only be accessed <br />through the City of Shoreacres. Maps presently in the City's <br />possession indicate a proposed extension of Bay Colony Drive eastward <br />across Boggy Bayou to connect with North Avenue and South Broadway. <br />No plans have yet been made to extend this street.
