TEXAS 77571 <br /> <br />January 27, 1989 <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor Norman Malone and City Council <br />City of La Porte <br /> <br />RE: Rezoning Request 89-002 <br /> <br />Dear Mayor Malone, <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission, on January 26, 19889, in <br />public hearing and regular session, considered rezoning request <br />89-002. The Jennie Reid Estate, represented by Mrs. Julia Berry, <br />Executrix has requested a rezoning of their 18.7766 acre tract of <br />property from B. I. (Bus iness Industrial) to L . I. (L ight <br />Industrial).
