The <br />purpose of this review is as follows: <br /> <br />"... [The Planning & Zoning COr:1mission shall] reviet... to determine. <br />whether the Ordinance has become deficient, obsolete and inadequate for <br />any reason, including the following: <br /> <br />1. Defects in the original text <br />2. Defects in the zoning map <br />3. Deficiencies created by improper or lax ad~inistration <br />and subsequent amendments to the original ordinance <br />which are inconsistent, conflicting or aQbiguous. <br />4. Inconsistency with State Statutes or judicial decisions." <br /> <br />Using these guidelines, the Commission has co~pleted a <br />comprehensive review. of both the zoning map and ordinance.
