Such <br />homes do not contain facilities for surgical care or the 'treatment of <br />disease or injury. <br /> <br />Roofl ine: The height above finished grade of the upper beam, rafter, <br />ridge or purlin of any buiding. <br /> <br />Semi-Trailer: Every vehicle, with or without motive power, 6ther than a <br />pole trailer or ranch trailer, designed for carrying persons or property <br />and for being drawn by a motor vehicle and so constructed that some part <br />of its weight and that of its load rests upon or is carried by another <br />vehicle. <br /> <br />Setback Line: The closest point to any property line or utility <br />easement which may be occupied by a structure. <br /> <br />Setback, Sign Measurement: The closest point to any property line which <br />may be occupied by any sign, as defined by this Ordinance. Used to determine the maximum density permitted for a <br />development. <br />
