<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1501-C, Page 4 <br />tions pertaining to accessory buildings and uses, regulations <br />pertaining to location and regulation of swimming pools, spas, and <br />hot tubs, adding new sections regarding landscaping, amending <br />parking requirements, amending driveway requirements, and screening <br />requirements as indicated on pages 66 through 87, inclusive, of Ex- <br />hibit "D", and are indicated by a solid black line appearing in the <br />right hand margin next to said changed or added material on Exhibit <br /> <br />"D". <br /> <br />Section 11. Two new sections are hereby added to the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of La Porte, being Article X, Section 10-900 <br />Tree Preservationi and Article X, Section 10-1000 Interim Sign <br />Regulations. Said new sections establish regulations regarding <br />removal of trees and front and side yard setbacks, and provide for <br />the location and placement of signs as defined. Said new sections <br />appear on pages 88 through 92, inclusive, of Exhibit "D", and are <br />indicated by a solid black line appearing in the right hand margin <br />next to said added material on Exhibit "D". <br />Section 12. Article XI, Section 11-400 Application Feesi <br />Section 11-507.8 are hereby amended to reflect changes in the <br />application fees and establish requirements for council vote needed <br />to overturn a Planning and Zoning recommendation to deny a rezoning <br />request. Said changes are reflected on page 96 and page 102 of <br />Exhibit "D" are indicated by a solid black line appearing in the <br />right hand margin next to said changed material on Exhibit "D". <br />Section 13. Any person, as defined in Section 1.02(27) Texas <br />Penal Code, who shall violate any provision of this Ordinance, <br />shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall <br />be punished by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars <br />($1,000.00). Each day a violation of this ordinance shall continue <br />shall constitute a separate violation. <br />Section 14. If any section, sentence, phrase, clause, or any <br />part of any section, sentence, phrase, or clause, of this Ordinance <br />shall, for any reason, be held invalid, such invalidity shall not <br />affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance, it is hereby <br />declared to be the intention of the City of Council to have passed <br />
