<br />PUBLIC HEARING

<br />In accordance with the provisions of
<br />Ordinance 780, the Zoning Ordinance
<br />of the City of La Porte, a public hear-
<br />ing will be held at 7 :00 P .M, on
<br />January 8, 1987. by the La Porte City
<br />Council to consider the comprehensive
<br />rezoning of all lands contained within
<br />the City limits of the City of La Porte.
<br />Harris County, Texas in accordance
<br />with andpursuont to the map attached
<br />to this notice. The Zoning Ordinance
<br />of the City of La Porte, containing ap-
<br />plicable zoning regulations concerning
<br />the zoning classifIcation contained on
<br />the map and further concerning the
<br />regulatIon and restriction of height,
<br />number of stories, size of buildings
<br />and other structures, the percent~e
<br />of lot that may be occupied, the site
<br />of yards, courts and other open
<br />spaces, the denisty of population, and
<br />the use of buildings, structures, and
<br />land. are on file in the office of the Ci-
<br />ty Secretarv of the City of La Porte
<br />and are available forfublic inspection
<br />between the hours 0 8:00 A,M. and
<br />5:00 P,M. Monday. Friday at the La
<br />Porte City Hall, 604 West Fairmont
<br />Parkway, La Porte, Harris County,
<br />Texas.
<br />This public hearing will be con-
<br />ducted in the Council Chambers of the
<br />La Porte City Hall, 604 West Fairmont
<br />Parkway. Letters concerning this mat~
