<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />ARTICLE XVI. <br /> <br />Additional Tariff Maners and Studies <br /> <br />A. HL&P will file the foUowing experimental real time pricing tariffs: <br />1. Within 180 days after the 12065 Final Order Date, HL&P shall file <br />an experimental Real Time Pricing tariff for the LOS rate classes <br />with all regulatory authorities having rate jurisdiction. <br />2. Within ISO days after the 12065 Final Order Date, HL&P shall file <br />an expermental Real Time Pricing tariff for the commercial rate <br />classeS (LOS and MGS) with aU regulatory authorities having rate . <br />jurisdiction. <br />3. Within 30 days after the 12065 Final Order Date, HlAP shall file <br />an experimental Real Time Pricing tariff for the residential rate <br />class with all regulatory authorities having rate jurisdiction. <br />As pan of HL&P's experimental real time pricing proposals, HL&.P will not increase base rate <br />revenues or increase Base Rate Unit Charges for non-experimental tariffs as reflected in the Tariff <br />for Electric Service attached hereto as Appendix D. Nothing herein shall be construed to require <br />any Signatory to support any of the experimental real time pricing tariff filings or to prejudice any <br />argument a party may wish to make in favor of, or opposition to, such filings. Moreover, nothing <br />herein will restrict any Signatory's rights to make any claims or arguments regarding the <br />experimental real time pricing tariffs (for example the ratemaking treatment of any revenue shifts <br /> <br />HOUOJ:9l1046 <br /> <br />-33- <br />
