If the expenses <br /> <br />incurred by a signatory coalition in Docket No. 12065 and Docket No. 13126 after the Date of <br /> <br /> <br />Execution exceed SlO,OOO, HL&P will reimburse such expenses after a fmding by the <br /> <br /> <br />Commission that the expenses were reasonable. HL&P shall not oppose any request of a <br /> <br />signatory coalition for reimbursement of such excess post-execution expenses. <br /> <br />B. For the purpose of participating in the negotiation of STP PerformalK'.J! <br /> <br />Standards pursuant to Article XI during the 135 days after the Date of Execution of this <br /> <br />Agreement, the Gulf Coast Coalition of Cities and the Coalition of Cities will form a joint <br /> <br />coali~on. The leadership team for this joint coalition will be composed of the City of Houston. <br /> <br />GDS Associates Inc. and Wickliff and Hall on behalf of the Coalition of Cities, and the City of <br /> <br />Friendswood and the Law Offices of Robert A. Rima on behalf of the Gulf Coast Coalition of <br /> <br />Cities. <br /> <br />HL&P, without prior Commission approval. will ~imburse up to S50,000 of <br />additional expenses that are related to the joint coalition's participation in the negotiations for <br />developmem of STP performance standards and are actually incurred during the 135 day period <br />provided in Article XI for those negotiations.
