Said drawing is attached as Exhibit A and incoroorated bv reference herein. <br /> <br />(2) Owner is the developer of certain property in the City of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, identified <br /> <br />as; Kroger - Fairmont Parkway Center Subdivision. more snecificallv defined by the Preliminarv Plat of the <br /> <br />Kroger - Fairmont Parkway Center Subdivision approved by the La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission on <br /> <br />11/2/95 and incoroorated bv reference herein. <br /> <br />(3) Owner hereby agrees to construct and install an extension of utility main(s) identified on Exhibit A <br /> <br />to and through said property commencing at the nearest existing public utility main(s) of sufficient size and <br />
