~ ORDINANCE NO. 96-2107 ~ AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS, COKKISSIONS, AND COKKITTEES, OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; CONTAINING A REPEALING CLAUSE; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: Section 10 The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby makes the following appointments to the Fire Code Review Committee of the City of La Porte, for the term beginning on the effective date hereof, and expiring on May 30th of the year indicated, or until their successors shall have been duly appointed and qualified: District 1 Louis Heintschel 1999 District 4 Floyd Craft 1998 District 6 Emery Farkas 1999 At Large B Tom Handy 1999 Section 2.
