<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />3.4.1 Data prepared by or services of others, including without <br />limitation borings, probings and subsurface explorations, <br />hydrographic surveys, laboratory tests and inspections of samples, <br />materials and equipment; <br /> <br />3.4.2 appropriate professional interpretations of all of the <br />foregoing; <br /> <br />3.4.3 <br /> <br />environmental assessment and impact statements; <br /> <br />3.4.4 property) boundary, easement, and right-of-way, <br />topographic, and utility surveys and related office computations <br />and drafting; <br /> <br />3.4.5 <br /> <br />property descriptions; <br /> <br />3.4.6 <br /> <br />zoning, deed and other land use restriction; and <br /> <br />3.4.7 other special data or consultation not covered in Section 2; <br />all of which ARCHITECT may use and rely upon in performing services <br />under this Agreement. <br /> <br />3.5 Provide engineering surveys to establish reference points <br />for construction (except to the extent provided otherwise in <br />Exhibit A "Further Description of Basic Services and Related <br />Matters") to enable Contractor(s) to proceed with the layout of the <br />work. <br /> <br />3.6 Arrange for access to and make all provisions for <br />ARCHITECT to enter upon public and private property as required for <br />ARCHITECT to perform services under this Agreement. <br /> <br />3.7 Examine all studies, reports, sketches, Drawings, <br />Specifications, proposals and other documents presented by <br />ARCHITECT, obtain advice of an attorney, insurance counselor and <br />other consultants as OWNER deems appropriate for such examination <br />and render in writing decisions pertaining thereto within a <br />reasonable time so as not to delay the services of ARCHITECT. <br /> <br />3.8 Furnish approvals and permi ts from all governmental <br />authorities having jurisdiction over the project and such approvals <br />and consents from others as may be necessary for completion of the <br />Project. ARCHITECT will assist the OWNER in the preparation of <br />said permits. <br /> <br />3.9 Provide such accounting, independent cost estimating and <br />insurance counseling services as may be required for the Project, <br />such legal. services as OWNER may require or ARCHITECT may <br />reasonably request with regard to legal i~sues pertaining to the <br />Project including any that may be raised by Contractor(s), such <br />auditing service as OWNER may require to ascertain how or for what <br /> <br />3-2 <br />
