Reference Exhibit "C- <br /> <br />1." <br /> <br />.2 Costs for restriction devices and facilities to accommodate changes in codes <br /> <br />and governmental regulations, including engineering, testing, construction, <br /> <br />contractor claims expenses, construction management, legal, auditing <br /> <br />expenses and the cost for services performed by employees of the Managing <br /> <br />Participant. Reference Exhibit "e-I." <br /> <br />"Modification Project" is defined in Subsection 2.1.1. Costs that are borne in common by <br /> <br />both fs .1 and .2, such as engineering and auditing expenses, will be apportioned between fs .1 and <br /> <br />.2 based on actual construction costs for fs.1 and .2. <br /> <br />1.16 "O&M" is an abbreviation for operations and maintenance. <br /> <br />1.17 "O&M Expense" is an amount of operation and maintenance expenses to be paid by <br /> <br />each Participant computed as set forth in Section 4.3 herein. <br /> <br />1.18 "Operating Advisory Committee" means the committee so designated in accordance <br /> <br />with Section 3.5. <br /> <br />1.19 "Other Projects" are defined in Section 3.7. <br /> <br />1.20 "Participants" means an the entities designated in the Preamble including the <br /> <br />Managing Participant. <br /> <br />A:\fWBI097S.RVI <br />L.O.
