Water Code ~ 11.039(a). <br /> <br />3.10 Measurement of Water <br /> <br />Managing Participant will maintain and operate at the Points of Delivery, measuring <br /> <br />equipment capable of measuring accurately all of the water to be produced by the Plant and delivered <br /> <br />to the Participants. The measuring equipment will include telemetry devices capable of transmitting <br /> <br />data (rate of flow, pressure, etc.) to the Managing Participant. Participants may monitor the <br /> <br />telemetry data through access facilities approved by the Managing Participant Director. Each <br /> <br />Participant shall havC? access thereto at all reasonable times for inspection and examination. The <br /> <br />reading, calibration and adjustment of such measuring equipment shall be performed by the <br /> <br />Managing Participant and entered upon proper books or records to be maintained by the Managing <br /> <br />Participant. Upon request, Participant may have access to such books or records during reasonable <br /> <br />business hours.
