<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />EXHIBIT II A" <br /> <br />The project to be financed with the proceeds of the <br />Bonds (the "project") is a new 24,000 square foot main banking <br />quarters for Bayshore National Bank of La Porte, together with <br />a 2,700 square foot drive-in facility with fifteen (l5) pneu- <br />matic drive-in lanes and one (1) drive-up automated teller <br />position. The main banking house will be located at the <br />intersection of state Highway 146 and West Fairmont Parkway, <br />and the drive-in facility and automated teller position will <br />be located at the intersection of South 8th Street and West <br />Fairmont Parkway, all in the City of La Porte, Harris County, <br />Texas. <br /> <br />The Project will include associated driveways and parking <br />facilities at both installations, security devices, vault and <br />teller equipment, data communications equipment, data records <br />facilities, telephone equipment, signs, landscaping, and var- <br />ious other items of equipment, furnishings and improvements <br />that are functionally related to and subordinate to the <br />foregoing described banking facilities. <br />
