<br />Abstract No.5, Harris County, Texas, and being out of a 2.32 acre tract of land as conveyed
<br />to Emesto Gomez, et ux., by deed dated November 4, 19B5, and recorded under Harris County
<br />Clerk's File (HCCF) No. K274921 of the Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris
<br />County, Texas (OPRRPHC1j, said called 2.32 acre tract being a part of Outlots 296 and 297
<br />of the La Porte Outlots, a subdivision recorded by plat in Volume 61, Page 374, of the Harris
<br />County Deed Records (HCDR) , Harris County, Texas. Said 0.499 acre tract is more
<br />particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at a SIB-inch iron rod set for the northwest comer of the aforementioned Outlot
<br />296 and parcel herein described, same being the northeast comer of Outlot 295, said Outlot 295
<br />being part of a called 7.1613 acre tract of land conveyed to Charles C. Hinds by deed dated
<br />February 11, 19B2 and recorded under HCCF No. H346433 of said OPRRPHCT;

<br />THENCE, North 86 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds East, along the north line of said Outlot
<br />296, a distance of 2.02 feet to a SIB-inch iron rod set for the common south comer of Outlots
<br />305 and 306, same being the southwest comer of a 30 foot wide fee strip conveyed to Harris
<br />County Flood Control District (HCFCD) by deed dated November 22, 1965 and recorded in
<br />Volume 6291, Page 64 of said HCDR;

<br />THENCE, North 86 degrees 50 minutes 44 seconds East, along the south line of said 30 foot
<br />wide HCFCD fee strip, same being the north line of Outlots 296 and 297 of said La Porte
<br />Outlots, a distance of 650.45 feet to a SIB-inch iron rod set for the northeast comer of the parcel
<br />herein described, and also being the common north comer of Outlot 297 and Lot 19, Block 4
<br />of Pinegrove Valley, a subdivision recorded by plat in Volume 152, Page 34 of the Harris
<br />County Map Records (HCMR), said Lot 19 being conveyed to Ivey Joseph Landry, et UX., by
<br />deed dated August 28, 1981 and recorded under HCCF No. H120l56 of said OPRRPHCT;

<br />THENCE, South 03 degrees 03 minutes 12 seconds East, along the east line of said Outlots, a
<br />distance of 30.00 feet to a SIB-inch iron rod set for comer;

<br />THENCE, South 86 degrees 57 minutes 42 seconds West, a distance of 424.92 feet to a 5/8-inch
<br />iron rod set for comer;

<br />THENCE, South B1. degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of228.62 feet to a SIB-inch
<br />iron rod set for corner on the common line of said Outlots 296 and 295;
