<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />OWNER AND ARCHITECT <br />FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS IS AN AGREEMENT made as of April 26, 1999 between the City of La Porte, Texas <br />(OWNER) and Robert W. McKinney AlA (ARCHITECT). <br /> <br />OWNER intends to: Design and construct the expansion and renovation of the existing <br /> <br />City Hall. consisting of approximately 8,500 square feet of new construction and 14.500 <br /> <br />square feet of renovation. The work will be based on the findings of the City Hall <br />Expansion report completed in October 1996 along with any additions or revisions to the <br />report that may be authorized under this Agreement. <br /> <br />(hereinafter called the PROJECT). <br /> <br />The OWNER and ARCHITECT agree as set forth below. <br /> <br />ii <br />
