'I'!l.J"",;.-.-n-;w..,... .-........~.- --.......- Dear Mr. Herrera: Per our telephone conversation, attached are duplicate originals of the agreement on the drainage project referenced above. It is requested that the City execute the originals and return both originals to this office. Harris County will then execute the agreement and one fully executed original will be sent to the City. In reference to the project please be advised of the following: 1. An identical agreement was sent to the City of Shoreacres. City of Shoreacres will fund $100,000.00 toward the project cost. The City has already executed the agreement and returned it to the County for execution. 2. Harris County at a later date will provide documentation of the executed agreement and a copy of the check from the City of Shoreacres. 3. Upon execution of the agreement from the two cities, Harris County will advertise for bids. A copy of the bid tabulation will be sent to each city along with an invitation to attend the pre-construction meeting with the contractor.
