. . . - , It e RESOLUTION NO. 20-63 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of La Porte, that: The City of La Porte hereby forgives the delinquent and unpaid taxes on those certain tracts of land within the City of La Porte purchased by La Porte Independent School District described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof but if by mistake any tracts of land in- eluded in said Exhibit A have not been purchased by La Porte Indepen- dent School District those taxes are not forgiven.
