The sub.tasks are: <br /> <br />1. Maintain project communications through the District Project Manager. <br /> <br />2. Establish documentation and procedural standards for the deployment of the project. <br /> <br />3. Prepare a project schedule, which becomes a working document. <br /> <br />4. Track and report on project activities and tasks. <br />5. Resolve deviations from the project schedule. <br />6. Conduct regularly scheduled project status meetings. <br />7. Prepare and submit a Status Report as needed to the District Project Manager. . i <br /> <br />8. Review and administer the Project Change Control Procedure with the District Project <br />Manager. . " <br /> <br />9. Coordinate and manage the teclmical activities of project personnel. <br /> <br />10. Obtain city or municipal permits for construction as required to install fiber optic . <br />cabling. i' : <br /> <br />Completion: This task will end when the project ends. <br />Deliverable: Status Reports. <br /> <br />.
