(6) PARKS, PARK AREAS, PARK RELATED FACILITIES, RENTAL FACILTIES, ADDITIONS Future addition of dedicated parkland, park areas, park related facilities, rental facilities to the C.ity of La Porte Parks System, as approved by City Council or placed under the control of the Parks and Recreation Department by Executive Order; shall be subject to and be governed by the provisions described herein. Sec. 50-3. PARK USE GENERALLY No person shall use any park, park area or park related facility or rental facility for any purpose other than for the purpose for which it was designed, dedicated, or for which special use has been granted.
