<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />DECISION ON APPEAL FROM BUILDING <br />OFFICIAL (CITY INSPECTOR) CITY <br />OF LOMAX, TEXAS <br /> <br />as <br />of Lomax, Texas, as <br />Zone, having heretofore made application to <br />a Special Exception to the Zoning Ordinance <br />be granted to use the present building as a <br />located at the rear of premises known as <br />a foot setback in lieu of <br />from the (direction) property line and a <br />foot rear yard in lieu of feet as required by the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of Lomax, Texas, and the appeal coming on <br />to be heard, after due and lawful notice to the parties in interest, <br />before the Board of Adjustment on ,19 ,and <br />said Board of Adjustment h~ving duly considered the matter, <br /> <br />, as owner of the premises known <br />and designated on Tax Maps of the City <br />, w ti ch is in <br />the City Inspector for <br />so that permission may <br />one-family residence, <br />, to have <br />feet <br /> <br />,IT IS, on this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 19 <br /> <br />DECIDED AND DETERMINED <br /> <br />1. That the use of the remainder of the property as divided <br />and as to which the appeal is filed, is prohibited by the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of Lomax, Texas, except by permission of <br />the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />2. That the premises which it is proposed to use as stated <br />in the appeal filed is located in zone. <br /> <br />3. That the or~ginal application to the City Inspector and <br />permit issued called for. <br /> <br />4.
