<br />Within fifteen (lS) days after the date ot suob approval,
<br />the City Inspector shall examine said app1ioation and sba11
<br />advise the owner, duly authori'zed representative or
<br />u-ohitect or engin..t-"ln wr..1-ting if tb"e ';building or struoture
<br />or portion thereof, or the use tbereot, does not in faot comply
<br />with the performance standards. Failure ot tbe owner, tbe
<br />duly authorized rep~esentativet or arcbitect or engineer to
<br />show compliance within thirty \)0) daY8 of suoh notifioation
<br />shall be cause for revocation ot tbe zoning permit.

<br />The City Inspector is bereby authorized to refer any
<br />application for a zoning permit for an industrial or similar
<br />type activit,. or use to any department, offioe, or qualified
<br />,erson within the State, County, or City for review and eomment.
<br />he purpose of such review sball be to establisb oompliance
<br />with all other applioable statutes, laws or ordinances.
<br />Such review sball be made witbin the above-mentioned time period.

<br />No occupanoy permit for aDY construction, alteration, or
<br />enlargement aocomplished after the effective date of this
<br />ordinance shall be issued, and no addition or alteration to
<br />a previously existing building shall 'be occupied until the
<br />structure, alteration, or enlargement or tbe addition to a
<br />previously existing building sball have been completed and
<br />the premises inspect'd and certified by the City Inspector
<br />to be in compliance all the applioable performance standards.

<br />Oft-Street Parking and Loading Requirements

<br />12.01 Off-Street Parking Requirements

<br />1. There shall be provided hereatter at the time any build1ns
<br />or structure is erected or structurally altered off-street
<br />parking spaces in accordance witb tbe following requirement8:
