Stater-ent from 24 CFR 5.609 pa-3graph (c) (April 1 1998) <br />1. Income of Income from employment of chit -en (including foster children) under the age of 18 <br />Children years. <br />2. Foster Care Pa me - <br />Payments Y is received for the care o''oster children or foster adults (usually persons <br />with a`abilities, unrelated to the tenant family, who are unable to live alone). <br />3. Inheritance and Lump-sim additions to family ass`-%, such as inheritances, in payments <br />Insurance Income (inclucng payments under health and accident insurance and worker's <br />compe-sation), capital gains and settlement for personal or property losses (except <br />as pro►•tled in number 5 of Income! Inclusions). <br />4.
