<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />PROJECT WORK PLAN <br />Little Cedar Bayou Shoreline Stabilization Project (1031) <br /> <br />1. To aid in completion of the Project, the GLO shall: <br /> <br />a. Contract with professional service provider to: <br />document and review the history of the Project; <br />evaluate feasibility of alternatives; <br />recommend preferred alternative; <br />suggest refinements/ value engineering; <br />estimate construction cost; <br />identify permit requirements and prepare applications; <br />provide final plans, specifications for inclusion in the public bid package; and <br />assist with public bidding and contract award as necessary. <br />b. Contract with economic analyst to: <br />prepare economic benefits analysis; and <br />develop economic monitoring protocol. <br />c. Develop a general work order for the professional services provider. <br />d. Contract with construction contractor for the construction of the Project. <br />e. Develop a scope of work for the economic analyst. <br />f. Manage contracts with professional service provider, economic analyst and <br />construction contractor. <br />g. Identify GLO requirements relating to state-owned submerged land. <br />h. Estimate total cost and match requirements. <br /> <br />2. To aid in completion of the Project, the Qualified Project Partner shall: <br /> <br />a. Confer and cooperate with the GLO on the selection of the professional service <br />provider, scopes of work, and preferred alternatives. <br />b. Confer and cooperate with the GLO to delineate the extent of the project area to <br />be evaluated. <br />c. Provide relevant data and results of previous studies and/or projects to the GLO <br />and selected professional service provider. <br />d. Obtain and provide to GLO and economic analyst data from local appraisal <br />districts and taxing entities for assessment of economic impacts and benefits. <br />e. Provide information to GLO on multi-agency coordination for initial project <br />concept. <br />f. Provide in kind services if used as match: <br />labor; <br />contractual; <br />volunteers; <br />equipment, and <br />supplies. <br />g. Document in-kind services. <br />
