Said 0.028-acre tract being out of Lots 5 and 6, Block 177 ofthe'Map of La Porte as recorded by plat in Volume 58, Page 460 of the Deed Records ofHarrls County, Texaslland conveyed to the City of La Porte by deed recorded in Volume 2080, Page 149 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.
