However, as noted in the October 18 <br />memo, the vote must be by resolution and the resolution, or a certified copy thereof, together with the <br />completed Certification of Ballot must be delivered to be to arrive in my office before December 1. <br />2001. <br /> <br />Please contact my office at 713-957-5291 if you have questions. <br />
