Other sources as appropriate <br /> <br />Prepare a written summary documenting other recommended modifications to <br />the system in the areas of: <br />· Operational and maintenance, and <br />· Facility planning and development <br /> <br />Product - implementation plan in written format <br /> <br />Items Provided by City of La Porte- Provide current and past citywide and <br />park department budgets (for past three years). Provide records of past grants <br />and other non-city funding sources. Provide copy of Park Dedication <br />Ordinance. Review Implementation plan and comment. <br /> <br />2.6 FINAL PUBLIC HEARING, REPORT PREPARATION AND APPROVAL <br /> <br />Conduct a Final City wide sector public, workshop <br />. Identify location for workshop in conjunction with City Staff. <br />. Prepare flyer-advertising workshop. (Actual advertisement via radio, <br />local newspaper, local Cable Access TV, and posted flyers will be the <br />responsibility of the City of La Porte). <br />. Invite planning and zoning and City Council members to workshop <br />(invitations by City of La Porte staff). <br />. Prepare exhibits and presentation for workshop. <br />. Conduct workshop, usually lasting from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Be <br />available for informal inspection of drawings at beginnings of workshop. <br />(City of La Porte staff to record meeting in written format). <br />.
