Any communication addressed and mailed in accordance with this section shall be deemed to be given when so mailed, any notice so sent by electronic or facsimile transmission shall be deemed to be given when receipt of such transmission is acknowledged, and any communication so delivered in person shall be deemed to be given when receipted for by, or actually received by, the Authority, the Zone, or the City, as the case may be. xv. APPLICABLE LAWS This Agreement is made subject to the Constitution and laws of the State of Texas and the Charter of the City. All actions or proceedings arising directly, indirectly or otherwise in connection .with, out of, or related to, or from this Agreement shall be litigated only in courts whose situs is in Houston, Harris County, Texas (U.S.A.).
