J Steve Radack Commissioner, Precinct No.3 Jerry Eversole Commissioner, Precinct No.4 and the following members absent, to-wit: r=.:::l .4.2 ~.b... , constituting a quorum, when among other business, the following was transacted: , ORDER APPROVING INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN HARRIS COUNTY AND TIIE CITY OF LaPORTE AUTHORIZING HARRIS COUNTY TO CONDUCT INSPECTIONS AND PERMIT FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS WITIIIN THE CITY OF LaPORTE Commissioner introduced an order and made a motion that the same be adopted. Commissioner ~ seconded the motion for adoption of the order. The motion, carrying with it the adoption of the order, pcevailed by ,the following vote: AYES: NAYS: ABSTENTIONS: Vots of tho court: P.'r'ES: J(COmmissioners Lee. PentaR81 Radack, and Eversole) NOES: 0 ABSTENTIONS: 1 (Judge Eckels) The County Judge thereupon announced that the motion had duly and lawfully carried and that the order had been duly and law-fully adopted. The order thus adopted follows: IT IS ORDERED that the County Judge or his designee be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute for and on behalf of Harris County, an interlocal Agreement between Harris County and the City of LaPorte, for a Food Establishments Surveillance Program in the City of LaPorte. .
