Hinds to Charles C. Hinds dated September 20,2000 and <br />. recorded under Harris County Clerk's File (HCCF) No. U678075 of the Official Public Records <br />of Real Property of Harris County, Texas (OPRRPHCT), said Tract 2 being part of Outlots 286 <br />and 295 and all of Outlot 294 of the La Porte Outlots, a subdivision recorded by plat in Volume <br />61, Page 374 of the Harris County Deed Records (HCDR); Said 0.334 of one acre tract is more <br />particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />~ (Bearings shown hereon are based upon the Texas. Hinds and recorded under HCCF No. U678078 of said OPRRPHCT, same being on <br />.'tf the north right-of-way line of North ilL" Street (80 feet wide) and the south line of Outlot 286 of <br />lJ} the aforementioned La Porte Outlots, and from which a found 5/8-inch iron rod bears South 03 <br />degrees 08 minutes East, a distance of O~ 79 feet; <br /> <br />THENCE, South 86 degrees 51 minutes 41 seconds West, along said north right-of-way line of <br />North "L" Street, a distance of 130.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod found for the southwest comer <br />of said 7.160 acre tract, and tlie southeast comer and POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein <br />described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE, South 86 degrees. 51 minutes 41 seconds West, continuing along said north <br />right-of-way line of North "L" Street., a distance of 17.74 feet to a .5/8-inch iron rod, with <br />"Baseline Corp" cap, set for the most southerly southwest comer of the aforementioned Tract 2 <br />and the southwest comer of Outlot 286, same being the southeast comer of a called 1.6198 acre <br />tract described in deed executed July 29, 1999 to Lawrence A. Maynard, a married person, <br />recorded under HCCF No. T885783 of said OPRRPHCT, same also being the southwest comer <br />of the herein described tract, and from which a %-inch iron rod round bears South 03 degrees 08 <br />minutes East, a distance of 0.80 feet; <br /> <br />THENCE, North 03 degrees 01 minute 53 seconds West, departing said north right-of-way line <br />and along the common line of Outlots 286 and 287 of the aforementioned La Porte Outlots and <br />the .easterly line of said called 1.6198 acre tract, at a distance of 420.00 feet passing the northeast <br />comer thereof and. continuing across the aforementioned Tract 2 for a total distance of816.27 feet <br />to a 5/8-inch iron rod, with yellow plastic cap, found for the northwest comer of the herein <br />described tract and being on a line of the aforementioned 7.160 acre tract; <br />. <br />
