Verdette Hall <br /> <br />Proiect Manaeer <br /> <br />Mr. Hall will be the Project Manager and will participate in all facets of the day- <br />to...day work on the project He has over 30 years experience in <br />telecommunications and has designed PBX systems, outside cable plant (copper <br />& fiber), and building LAN systems. He has also been project manager on the <br />implementation of 800 MHz trunked radio systems, conventional VHF systems <br />and CADIRMS systems. <br /> <br />Jim Baron. PE <br /> <br />RF Eneineer <br /> <br />Mr. Baron has over 20 years experience in all facets of two-way radio engineering <br />and system implementation. He has recently developed a new shared system for <br />Grapevine, Keller, Hurst & Bedford here in Texas. He was also the primary <br />engineer on the State of Texas design project. Mr. Baron will be the lead RF <br />engineer on the project. <br /> <br />Tim Driscoll <br /> <br />RF EnJ!ineer <br /> <br />Mr. Driscoll has over 15 years experience in designing and maintaining RF <br />systems. His previous experience includes employment with both Motorola and <br />Ericsson, so that he is familiar with all major radio system designs. He will assist <br />Mr. Baron in all RF related activities. <br /> <br />Peter Berry <br /> <br />PBX & Cable SDecialist <br /> <br />Mr. Berry has almost 20 years experience in design and implementation of PBX <br />and data networks. He is a certified BICSI cable plant engineer for both inside <br />and outside cable plant design. Mr. Berry would assist Mr. Hall in all voice and <br />. data communications areas of~e project. <br /> <br />Mike Burnev <br /> <br />CAD & RMS Soec;alist <br /> <br />Mr. Burney is Manager of RCC's Computer Aided Dispatch and Records <br />Management consulting practice. He has 16 years of experience in the <br />CADIRMS field, and has worked with cities and counties throughout the U.S. on <br />the development and implementation of CAD, MDT, and A VL systems. Should <br />any requirement for CAD & RMS Systems become involved in this <br /> <br />S.2 RCC Staff <br /> <br />Additional support personnel will assist the project team members on an as-needed basis. <br />In particular, RCC has consultants available with additional expertise in dispatch center <br />design, wireless 9-1-1 caller ID and location (FCC Docket 94-102), CAD, Records <br />Management Systems, and Microwave networks. <br /> <br />City of La Porte, TX <br /> <br />Proposal- 2/23/01 <br /> <br />Section 5, Page 2 <br />
