THIS BUILDING DOES NOT PROVIDE THE <br />BASIC MINIMUM HOUSrNG STANDARDS DEEMED ESSENTIAL FOR SAFE AND HEALTHFUL <br />LIVING FOR A RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCY AND IS A TIlREAT TO PUBLIC SAFETY.
