IT IS THE <br />OPINION OF nus INSPECTION BOARD THAT nus BUILDING IS IN FACT DANGEROUS BUT <br />STn.L REPAIRABLE. ALL REOUlRED REPAIRS OR AL TERA nONS SHALL BE DONE IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE CITY OF LA PORTE CODES AND ORDINANCES. IF <br />THE REPAIR OR ALTERATION ORDER IS NOT COMPLIED WITH wmnN THE TIMETABLE <br />SET OUT IN ARTICLE vm. SECTION 82-47S OF THE CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES.
