This Project is meant to improve solids handling at the <br />Plant, upgrade and maintain the current hydraulic capacity. The Preliminary Engineering Report was completed in <br />September 2001, and recommends improvements estimated at $3,500,000, including engineering, inspection, <br />construction and contingencies. During the budget process, it was estimated that final design, geotechnical, survey <br />and inspection at $400,000.
