Jones Survey, A-482, as more particularly described by metes and bounds on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, incorporated by reference herein, and made a part hereof for all purposes. Grantor herein, FAIRMONT PARK JOINT VENTURE, and Grantee herein, the CITY OF LA PORTE, covenant and agree that the herein described 1.240 acre tract shall be used for a fire station and an emergency medical station, and for other like municipal purposes incident thereto, but for no other purpose.
