<br />Road (26th Street) (based on a variable width Harris County ClerK's File Number G818256 of the
<br />Deed Records of Harris County, Texas and Volume 59, Page 313 of the Deed Records of Harris
<br />County, Texas). Said 5/8 inch iron rod also being the southwest corner of a called 2.403 acre
<br />tract as conveyed by deed dated May 8,1984, from Ben J. Fortson, Trustee to Bryan Moore, Jr.
