T~e agreement has been <br />approved as to form by the County Attorney's Office and has been executed by the <br />City of La Porte. <br /> <br />In general, the terms of the agreement are as follows: <br /> <br />I. City of la Porte shall fund 500/0 of the project cost up to a ma.ximum of <br />$4,053,500. <br /> <br />2. City of La Porte shall acquire all right-of-way necessary for th~ project. <br /> <br />3. Harris County shall manage the project. <br /> <br />4.
