CITY contemplates developing a <br /> <br />neighborhood park that also functions as a detention basin, similar <br /> <br />to CITY's Glen Meadows Park. <br /> <br />CITY will not build out the park fo~ use in organized league <br />sports with the associated fenced fields, light towers, and <br />concession stands.
