<br />In the event that oil shall be discovered on the
<br />property hereby leased and that thereafter more than sixty (60)
<br />days ~hould elapse betwe~n the completion, or abandonment of one

<br />well before ,the beginn1ng of another. whereby the lease should
<br />become forfeited automatically then in that case the Lessee shall
<br />retain und,er all the provisions of this lease, the street or
<br />alley for a distanoe of 300 feet; subject. however,' to the pay-
<br />ment of the stipulated one-eighth (liS) royalty to the Les80r so
<br />
<br />long as the Lessee shall oontinue to operate such well or wells.
