That the right privilege and franchise be and , ), it is hereb~ granted The Galveston, Harrisburg & SanAntonio Railway Company to construct an open gravel depot platform, measuring 8 feet in width and 600 feet in length with an off set of 12 feet by 100 feet, as shown outlined red o~ap attached hereto. The said platform " ~ shall be constructed in a substantial manner and kept in good repair 'by the Railway Company. The Rail'rvay Company shall ha.ve the right to c~nge the character of construction of said platform at any time j,t may wish to do so. " SECTION 2. In constructing the said platform the Rail- . /' VTay Company is au thori zed to change the present drainage of Park / Avenue in the vicinity of the platform herein mentioned, and in urder that the proper drainage may be provided the Railway Company :Ls hereby grante d the right and permission to fill in the present ditch and to excava.te a new one in lieu thereof at the place shown , - e l:>y black lines on said map attached hereto, which new ditch shall be Jnaintained by the Railway Company. SECTION 3. When in the opinion of the Railway Company the traffic from said station willjustify the construction of a :Pagoda Shed' or placing a cover over said platform, the Railway Company shall have the right to make such alteration, but shall not be obligated to do sa until in its judgment the traffic shall justify such additional facilitiew. SECTION 4.
