All voters who favor the proposition to issue such bonds shall have written or printed on their ballots the words' "FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BOI\],DSII; and those opposed thereto shall have written or printed on their ballots the words "AGAINST THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS.
